- -The surface will naturally discolour from intense heat and this is normal.
- -Remember to fill the drip tray with 1" of water to make cleaning easier.
- **Cleaning charges will be applied if the BBQ is not returned clean.**
- -For cleaning use a brass brush or wood paddle to clean the grates, you can also use a mild food grade degreaser, the drip tray needs to be drained and cleaned.
